2 OneTone questions

I have two questions:
1) If I use “&nbsp” in the Text pane, it pops up in the Wysiwyg pane after the next edit of one of the sections. How can I prevent this?
2) If I use a table with empty rows, those rows get deleted automatically after the next edit. How can I prevent this?
