• Hi Megan,
Have been using your contact form for ages with no problems, but was advised by a customer this week that they couldn’t send an enquiry. They were able to see all fields, but the recaptcha code box was blank, so they weren’t able to enter a code to enable sending. They accessed my page from their Macbook. Any thoughts as to why it didn’t display correctly? Have never had this issue reported by any other customers, and it’s displaying just fine for me.

    Thank you kindly,
    Emma

  • Hi Emma,

Thanks for reporting this. Without seeing an example of the problem it is difficult to diagnose. There could have been a problem at the time with google serving the scripts for the recaptcha. If you can supply a url that would be help.

If you are finding the recaptcha element to be a general problem please note that the plugin works really well with Akismet spam filter plugin. If you have enabled Akismet on your site all form submissions get scanned for spam and logged, and you make it easier for genuine enquirers to fill the form in.
