Can I see somewhere what pages are currently cached?

I’m not having problems, but just to feel good, I’d like to be able to see what pages are currently cached, in part because I have a couple of pages for which I’ve used the Do Not Cache feature. BTW, a very nice feature.
Is there some indicator of cached pages in the pulgin somewhere? Or something that I can see via FTP (I tried but nothing was apparent)?
