How to manually clear logs? Or how long until retention policy is applied?

  • I just realized that I didn’t set the logs for a day limit. Hence, my Db is huge right now! I dropped it down so that it can get back to a more manageable size. When will these changes implement? Is this a task that runs nightly? Can I run it manually? It’s been about 30 minutes and the size or amount of logs hasn’t changed.

  • Same request here – it would be fantastic to have a retention limit to say, set the logs to only be kept for the trailing 7 or 30 days.
