Permalink uneditable with wordpress 3.9

    Good Morning,

    On 2 of my website with wordpress 3.9, I have an issue with the function to edit the permalink of each page.
    When i am on the page edit and i click on the “edit” button nothing happens.

    Can you help with this ? Why the permalink is uneditable ?
    I have an other website with wordpress 3.8.2 and i can edit permalink.

    So, how we can resolve this ?
