Kaylan, edit your last post as soon as you can, for your own security, never post your admin access, i have copied it, and will try to look at this as soon as possible.

So i know why your popup is not appearing, look at the dates set up on the set up pages, they are back on 2010…

I have changed those to current dates and you will see, it works ??
