StripedPlus 1.0 – How do I get rid of the Border Line?

  • Hey folks,

    I been using the StripedPlus 1.0 template which i love, if someone you don’t now which one it is you can find it here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/71651?replies=7

    I was wondering how Can I get rid of the red & grey lines on the left side of the blog, here’s an example: https://pumatalk.com/blog/?p=49

    Also for some reason, sometimes I have the text and images that will interfear with the vertical lines… notice how “Share & Enjoy” goes into the grey line? How can I fix that?

  • You’ll need to find the CSS which styles the h3 and p tags in the post. These will both have somthing like border-left: 4px solid #ccc; as their styles. Remove this, and the lines will vanish

    Hey folks,

    I just checked it out and boy there’s H3’s and P’s all over but i’m a little confused on removing it cause for example it says:

    #bottombarmenuwrapper h3, #topbarmenuwrapper h3 {

    #bottombarmenuwrapper h3 a:link, #topbarmenuwrapper h3 a:link, #bottombarmenuwrapper h3 a:hover, #topbarmenuwrapper h3 a:hover, #bottombarmenuwrapper h3 a:visited, #topbarmenuwrapper h3 a:visited {

    So what I did is i put my style.php into txt just so someone of you can look @ it and just tel me exactly what to take out so I can follow the pattern for removing the border lines.

    Just asking for some help please – i tried what jhorbury suggested and when I did it the whole blog got screwy i did post my css link here so someone if their free can look through and help me out please.
