    Hya,
    A plugin install went wrong and now I can’t get back to admin. I removed it from my host admin thinking that seeing as how wp lets us activate, or de-activate it would be gone but I got this error instead.

    Warning: require_once(lazy-k-gallery/lazy-k-gallery-image.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/jungle/public_html/kate/wp-content/plugins/lazy-k-gallery/lazy-k-gallery.php on line 56

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘lazy-k-gallery/lazy-k-gallery-image.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/jungle/public_html/kate/wp-content/plugins/lazy-k-gallery/lazy-k-gallery.php on line 56

    I was pretty sure I had done the file upload correct but I tried to re-install when it all went wrong.
    Thanks
    T

  • Did you deactivate the Plugin in your admin panel?

    You might try that first, then delete the wp-content/plugins/lazy-k-gallery folder.

    Also if you made any changes to your theme (such as the comment.php mentioned on the author’s site) you might want to upload a pristine copy of that file.

    Hi Michael,

    I managed by deleting the folder by ftp. Not sure why WP went into error mode when I went to my gallery page from WP admin.

    It could be I never picked up the i.d page address, or something else was going wrong in the gallery, anyway I got my site back – thank goodness!
