Open Graph Tags

Hi there, I’m using the cartpress on my website, and I have installed the plugin “Facebook Featured Image and Open Graph Meta Tags” to provide tags for each product when I share them on Facebook, (using the built in share buttons provided by my theme, Platform by Pagelines) this plugin pulls the Title, Image, Url, Site name and Type perfectly however in the description field it pulls all kinds of javascript code and the custom signature that appears at the end of my product description without grabbing the actual description at all, I see in the single product page template that this is all pulled from the_content() but it seems to ignore the actual description and take everything else around it. here’s a link to a product so you can see what I mean: “https://hoofpick.me/archives/product/casco-spirit-limited-edition-carbon” I would like to know if there’s some kind of filter I should be applying to get the correct information.
