Problems uploading to Amazon S3

I have been having problems with BackWPUp on my WordPress theme. I have two sites both with Optimizepress 2.0 theme and BackWPup. One site works fine to transfer to Amazon S3 (Bucket is Ireland region and backups are tar.gzip about 70MB).
The problem is with the second site. I have two backups scheduled. One to Ireland bucket and one to US bucket. Sometimes they work but mostly neither work. These are the kind of errors I’m getting but no files are saved.

Please help! It’s really important I understand what’s going on with this.
