Problems with the plugin Q2W3 Fixed widget

    I’m having trouble using the plugin Q2W3 Fixed widget, I contacted the develop but he said the problem is in the template. See: voadora.com/vinicius

    The box widget appears on the photo and after a few seconds it drops. How can I fix this?

  • I think it would be best to get some guidance from the plugin developer about specifically what the issue is with the theme files, so you can create a child theme that conforms to the needs of the plugin.
