How to change Thumbnail size on Iconic One theme?

  • Hi everyone I really want to change my thumbnail sizes on my homepage t about 145 width – 190 height, and was just wondering if any one had any idea ho to do it… I have tried to use the regenerate thumbnail plug in and changed the sizes of the thumbnails in media, but they stay the same.

    I am using the Iconic One theme
