Featured Image option not available

  • Have you confirmed that the theme you are using supports thumbnails/featured images?

    Yes, it does. I’m using Golden Eagle Lite – I have also posted in the theme support.
    The box to add Featured Images was there at some stage – and still is within posts (but not products or page). I cannot explain why it has disappeared. Thanks for your reply.
