• This topic has been asked but not really answered in another post. (it was 6 years old so it may be known by now).
The reason I am wondering if I can make an old post appear new is to have the old post show up when commenting on CommentLuv sites.
On these sites the posts it gives me access to are complimentary to my site but not what the site is really about. It isn’t misleading, it just isn’t quite right (or useful to me).

Is any one is familiar with CommentLuv and its ability to show the last post.
I just don’t want the last post I really made to be the link that is left behind when I comment (if it is approved). I want it to be one that is more relevant to the nature of my site.
Is this possible and how would I execute it?

  • Reposting it is possible, but it will be counted as duplicate content by search engines and might hurt you if you do it often.

    Ok, thank you.

I signed up for commentluv and put it on my site so it shows the last 10 posts now …but… what if I didn’t.

I don’t want duplicate content so, what if I

    Copied post verbatim
    deleted post
    recreated post
    even recreating the exact URL.

    Would that work?

    Thank you for your help
