• Good day, I’d like to know how to fix this so as the Widgets page link will on the WP-Admin menu. Thanks.

  • If it’s not there and you’re an administrator it means that your theme doesn’t have any sidebars defined. When there’s no sidebars defined that menu item is hidden because without sidebars, there’s nothing to add widgets to.

To show it, you’ll need to add in at least one sidebar.

The site has a sidebar, if you can check it here. https://davidhendersononline.com/

So it does. In that case it could mean that you’re not set up as an administrator maybe?

The only other thing that comes to mind straight away is that you’re not looking in the right place for it? Probably not correct but just in case. The menu setting should be under ‘Appearance’, and it’s there for administrators when the site has a sidebar set up. :/

Yes it should be under ‘Appearance’ tab but it only have the other four options there. I’ve rechecked that I am already on Administrator access.

OK, now start the realyl basic de-bugging that you’d expect to do for this sort of thing.

Disable all (yes, all) plugins and change back to a default theme and see if the problem still occurs. If it’s fixed doing that, then re-enable the theme and plugins one-by-one and check after each time to see when the issue happens again. This will quickly show you what is causing the problem. I’d think that it’d be mostly due to your theme as that’s what normally controls sidebars, but it’s impossible to say without doing the steps that I outlined now.

If that doesn’t help, go back to your themes author/vendor for help.
