Stumped on why WooCommerce is not working

I built a site and for whatever reason WooCommerce is not working. It is stalling on the checkout page. The website is built with the ultimatum theme and the payment gateway is set up for paypal standard only.

I tested in Sandbox and everything works fine. I increased the php limit. I checked the paypal IPN. I called my host (Go Daddy) which recommended I uninstall and re-install the plugin due to possible corruption- which I did (however, I did not delete the plugin-is that my issue?). I have looked up the WooThemes docs for the plugin troublshooting and also searched on these forums for any possible solution.

I am using the most recent version of WooCommerce so it eliminated the checkout-> pay pages and other pages that I know other topics addressed as possible problems.

I do have a different base page title, but the new version of WooCommerce plugin allows for that so I am unsure if that is where my issue lies. (Please tell me differently if this might be my issue)

Another possible issue(?) is that my client has been trying to purchase from the same paypal account that is set up as a merchant (I asked him to get another tester with a different account). Could this be it?

I would appreciate any and all advice or tips as I am stumped!
