Multisite or any better solution?

Hello,
i like to run 2 websites on WP that should share the exactly same content (also share posts, replays etc. etc.)
They also have exactly same content/design etc.

The only difference are they are in 2 different languages and has 2 different domain names:
– enghishsite.com
– italiansite.it

Do i need Multisite installation or can this ben done in a different way?
