Problem of Authentication

Hi,
I am having issue with the second phase of set up with this plugin. After entering my access key and ID when I go to update I receive “Problem of Authentication”. At one point in time I also recieved cURL error.
What is an easy way to fix this issue ? I tried waiting a full day before trying again.
