Resize/scale logo?

Here is my website. I want to rescale the logo on the top left. Unfortunately, the customization option does not have a rescaling option and it seems like the theme ignores whatever size I upload the media and ends up stretching it to an undesirable size. Either way, its a hassle to upload dozens of different logo sizes in the hopes that they won’t get blow up. Is there a more direct way with CSS?
