Plugin required to collect problems from Public

  • Hi,

    I am going to develop a public-welfare-site where any person can login and post the complaints/problems related to their area like road, water, power etc. And we will verify, forward to authorized person, fix and respond to that complaint.

    Is there any plugin for the same?
