Like I said, I have already tried entering the email-adress ind the “to:” field. And the issue is not, that no mails are sent, but that they are sent to an old e-mail-adress. Probably the first one I linked to CF7..

You are entering the info correctly. Your host probably has some restriction on where emails can be sent to from WordPress. CF7 is not using “an old e-mail-adress”.

Some hosts have very specific requirements which can effect significantly the To & From Email Addresses you can use with CF7.

For example the from and to, on a DreamHost server, have to be the same domain as what you’re hosted on – see https://www.dreamhoststatus.com/2012/04/04/improvements-to-outgoing-spam-prevention-policy/.

Otherwise see Contact Form 7 Email Issues. Most people that work through this information appear to be able to resolve their email sending & receiving issues.
