Akismet on Contact form 7

Hello,
because I have encountered several spam episodes, I have decided to make it difficult to spammers.
In addition to installing the Google ReCaptcha I have managed to code the captcha to Contact form 7.
But between these two actions I tried to make Akismet controlling the spammers in the Contact form 7 and from the instructions here: https://contactform7.com/spam-filtering-with-akismet/ I have only managed to alter the first two fields: for the author and the e-mail field.
Further I have the “Subject”, “Your Message”, the Captcha and Submit which remain unchanged.

Since I have implemented Captcha – do I need the Akismet controlling the spamming? Because before I have used the Captcha, the Akismet let through the Viagra-123 testing message (in the message field, not the name), despite I have altered the first two codes – apparently not controlling the “Your Message” field, because I was not sure how to code it to alter this tag as well.

So: do I need these two: Captcha and Akismet control at once?
If yes, can somebody provide me the simple tag code alteration, so that I can just copy and paste it into the brackets of the remaining fields? I have no coding knowledge so I would like to avoid any errors.

The spams I used to have were the fractions of my own blog articles posted as comments, where the subject was a title of the blog article and the body was a couple of the lines of the actual article. Just to give you an idea. I have deleted all the accounts I have found on the web as reported spammers and one, which I am not sure about is blocked for now.
