CG-FeedRead – remove descriptions?

  • Hi,

    I know how to truncate descriptions of feeds displayed using CGFeedread, but I want to have no description text. However, when I put a value of 0, it defaults to a full description. Any ideas?

  • umm, setting the third param to false (instead of true in most examples) should disable the description entirely.

    setting 0 for description length should normally work, however there are some issues with HTML vs non-HTML description-truncation support, and it may be getting it wrong.

    The third param is the way to do it properly though. ??

    Ok, cool. The other thing I’m struggling with is setting the cache refresh times.

    If I want a refresh every 30 mins, what should the figures be?
