• When installing and using the widget sidebar – I uploaded the pages icon so I could have my links/list of pages in my sidebar. One it does not automatically make a default home page. So my first question is how do I made a home button/link that will actually land on my home page when clicking? Also, does anyone know how to change the title name “Pages”? I want it to say Main Menu and I established that in the title section but it still appears as Pages in the title menu…

Has anyone experienced these problems? If so, any suggestions?

    thanks…

  • The Pages widget has a config icon in the top bar at the right, click it, type the title you want, click the x to close the window, then click the update button.

Dunno about your other question, sorry.

Not sure what you mean top icon.

But I did try and configure with the icon to the right by clicking it and it opens to a new window. It allows me to put a title so that’s what I did for the “Pages” section and it still comes up as Pages instead of “Main Menu” like I’ve called it…

Huh. That’s strange…. maybe something to do with the particular theme you’re using?

Yes it is strange. All my other widgets inherit the title name I give them… The only one I really want to change I cannot.

I’m not sure how I can utilize this plugin with this begin a pretty big issue. Still new — so if anybody else has ideas for what I’m trying to accomplish I’m open to listen.
