Default Field are not Populating

Name, Company, Email and Phone when submitting to Leads is populating [not provided]
In SalesForce?

but our customer fields are loading fine?
Not sure what this means- do you mean custom field?

Standard troubleshooting procedure:

1. Check for theme conflicts:
Switch to a bundled theme (2011, 2012, 2013, 2014). Did that solve the problem?
If so, your theme is breaking the plugin. Talk to the theme vendor or request premium support to have me troubleshoot the issue with your theme.

2. Check for plugin conflicts:
Deactivate all other plugins: Did that solve the problem?

If not, it’s an issue with your hosting:
Talk to your host or request premium support to have me troubleshoot the issue with your server.

If it did, it’s a plugin conflict:
Reactivate plugins one at a time until the problem returns. The last plugin activated is the culprit. Report back with that plugin name/link and I can troubleshoot the issue to determine if there’s a fix.

All of my custom fields and most of my standard fields (so far) are importing with the exception of one: “Industry”. I’ve set it as a “Select Picklist” – the Label is “Industry” with the following list:
Academic|
Banking|
Chemicals|
Consulting|
Energy|
Environmental|
Finance|
Government|
Healthcare|
High Technology|
Insurance|
Life Sciences|
Manufacturing|
Media|
Not For Profit|
Retail|
Telecommunications|
Transportation

Any ideas as to what I’ve done wrong? Im not using JetPack and it seems like the other plugins aren’t affecting it.

Salesforce uses auto generated IDs for pick lists, so right now those are not matching up with what’s being sent by the plugin.

The easiest way to get those is to export a lead from in salesforce with just that field then grab the IDs from the code it provides and copy them in as the value for each field.

It’s a real pain and I have an importer on the todo list, but for now this is the only way to get those internal IDs.

My bad, this is a built in field so it does use normal values.

I just tried a form on my dev site with the values above and it worked fine…

Try industry (all lowercase) vs Industry as your field name.
