    Hi emik91,

I believe you have posted on the wrong place since this plugin (WordPress Popular Posts) has nothing to do with “related posts”.

Anyways, just out of curiosity I checked your site using my smartphone (Nexus 4) and had no trouble clicking on the links.

I typed wrong*, I mean POPULAR POSTS.

I’ve noticed that only when I’m on an article I can’t click on popular posts. Can you try please, Hector?

Ah, you’re right. I also can’t click the posts. How odd.

Please, try switching to another theme for a moment and check if the problem persists. If it still happens, I’d need more details from you:

    1. What version of the plugin are you using now?
    2. Are you using a custom HTML output?
    3. What’s the name of the theme?

Switched theme and it works! What’s wrong with the other?

Tell me if I had to switch to the old theme (his name is SemPress, but I’ve hardly modified it)

Can’t tell for sure without looking at its code.

There are a number of things that could be causing this behavior (in order of likeness):

    1. Coding issues: broken/bad HTML code can cause issues affecting the behavior of one or more elements (in your case, the popular list).
    2. Styling issues: bad CSS coding practices can break sites on different browsers, including mobile browsers.
    3. Broken Javascript scripts: scripts that alter the HTML of the site (such as lightboxes, custom menu dropdowns, etc.) can also break things.

Now that we know what the problem is, you can switch back to your current theme. Let me know when you do so I can take a look at it, ok?

    Hi Emiliano,

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you.

Anyways, just took another look at your blog and it seems you’ve changed the theme (which, by the way, I like a lot! Looks quite nice on mobile!). Are you planning to keep on using this new theme? Or will you go back to your old one?

    Have a nice day!
