    I downloaded a CSV of my theatre dates from the import/export feature in GigPress, changed the ticket links, saved and reuploaded. On the import page it said that 12 events were added, but when I clicked on Shows in the admin, those events weren’t there. I am running the current plugin version 2.3.3.

  • Did you edit it in Microsoft Excel? Sometimes it “helpfully” reformats the dates for you in a way that GigPress doesn’t understand, so they all get imported with dates set to 0.

    Double-check the CSV file you saved for uploading to make sure the date format is YYYY-MM-DD.

    That’s exactly what happened – it changed the dates to mm/dd/yyyy format. All is well now – thanks!
