    Hi, my site updated to WP 3.9.1 automatically, I thought the setting was off. I am on the latest. That being said, I have noticed an issue with Grabpress. It will work fine for several autopost schedules, but for some others it will create “ghost” posts. I am not able to delete these posts via WP dashboard, I have to then use phpAdmin and repair the DB. The “ghost” posts are then removed. I then notice it created an image in my media library but with no image and (unattached) on the “uploaded to” in WP media area. I have to either delete these and then head into the “catalog” within Grabpress plugin settings and manually add them back. I ended up removing Jetpack as the log was showing JSON.API conflicting, so I thought. The issue is still present and not sure how to resolve this. I will open a ticket as well.         Can you tell us what version of Jetpack you have installed?
        Would you mind sending us some samples from the WP Database so we can see examples of these “ghost” posts you are referring to?
        Can you also explain the functions you ran or what you did to repair the DB?
        Can you also tell us what domain you have this installed on, so we can check our data on the backend?

    Hi Guys,
    Can you tell us what version of Jetpack you have installed? I removed jetpack all together, but I was using the latest version of Jetpack.

    Would you mind sending us some samples from the WP Database so we can see examples of these “ghost” posts you are referring to? Will do, will recreate the posts and send you the info from DB shortly.

    Can you also explain the functions you ran or what you did to repair the DB? First steps, I head into my DB for WP, I then select all tables and choose “check table”. Once it identifies issues, I then reselect all tables and choose “repair tables” It will then locate a bunch of mismatched table references and correct the issue ( your questions two above, I will supply shortly the messages from SQL). Last step I do the same but choose “optimize table” and this then fixes the “ghost” posts within POSTS in WP dashboard. But the images are loaded into my media area but with no image. I have to then simply delete these via WP media. I then head into “catalog” on GP and manually post. By using the names from the image title, I can identify what GP tried to post.

    Sorry, another note. I noticed after disabling some autoposts I created with “keywords” and “any of these keywords” it stopped creating the “ghost” posts. I am going to reenable some right now and this should recreate the issue and will send you info from PHPadmin/SQL.

    Some of the ones I enabled with search words worked fine, I think it might be one or two that I have scheduled that may be causing the problem. Maybe because it doesnt find any data and creates “ghost” posts?

    Hi guys, you can close this, I ended up moving off this hosting provider (asmallorange) they seemed to have some settings causing issues. I believe this is one of the root causes for my phantom posts. I moved back to Dreamhost and working much better. Thank you for the support.
