Lost all CSS maybe?

I am completely new to WordPress and CSS. I’m working on a site for my work that was built a few years back with the U-Design theme. I think I have somehow deleted the CSS file, but I don’t know how it happened. Can I re-install the theme without the original login used to purchase the theme? If not, what do I do?
