Multiple uses of plugin in widget

I am using multiple plugins in the widgets for my pages column layout, and the buttons for each widget are different sizes.
I need to use multiple buttons so I can use different skin colours…any idea how to make them the same size???https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/jquery-vertical-mega-menu/
