not updating automatically

using on a multisite subdomain install the image sitemaps are not updating when new content is posted.
it seems to be stuck on the the same number of posts as when it was first installed. the sitemap has not changed even though numerous new posts with images have been published.https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/google-image-sitemap-feed-with-multisite-support/
