Duplicate meta description – variable %%page%% not working on SEO Meta Box

Not really! In SEO title i can use for example %%page%% but in description not.
The problem is that I get duplicate description on Google Webmaster Tools, because i use paginate posts with <!–nextpage–>.
I read a lot about this problem! I optimize my posts manually, I don t use only automated settings from SEO > Titles & Metas, in this condition how can I fix this plugin issue by myself?
Yoast it seems that gives support only for premium users, but this is an issue of the plugin!
If I don t use SEO meta Box from Edit Post, the duplicate problem is solved because on Titles & Metas is %%page%% in description. But if I use SEO meta BOX for a better description, not excerpt from the article, the variable %%page%% is shown like it is, not “Page 1 from 10” like it should!
Is there anyone that have the same problem like me, duplicate description and no possibility to use custom description and %%page%% variable in the same time?
