Permissions are now messed up for admins

I’m locked out of my website and had to get in another way.

Myself and the other admins are getting the message “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” which is pretty frustrating.

These are the steps I followed so far to secure my site. Which one(s) should I undo to fix this error message?
