    Hi,

    In the “Conception Date” equation change this:

    cdate(fieldname1+14)

    …by this:

    cdate(fieldname1+14,”mm/dd/yyyy”)

    … and in the “Due Date” equation change this:

    cdate(fieldname1+40*7)

    …by this:

    cdate(fieldname1+40*7,”mm/dd/yyyy”)
