Cron job from within WP admin?

Is there a plugin to add Cron jobs?

Basically I’d like to run “reset comments/trackback/pingback counts” from within the Popularity Contest plugin nightly. (wp-admin/options-general.php?page=popularity-contest.php&updated=true)

Is this possible?

And if it’s not possible with a WP Plugin can someone help me with the syntax for setting this up in my Netadmin?
