Upgrade from eShop 4.3.2 and compatibility

    Hi guys,

    I have a site that runs a fairly old version of eShop. (Version 4.3.2). I need to make a wordpress upgrade and therefore may also need to upgrade eShop.

    Currently eShop is only listed as compatible to WP 3.6.1.

    – Are there any known incompatibilities with WP 3.6.1?
    – Do I need to upgrade eShop or would eShop still run on WP 3.6.1?
    – Can I simply upgrade or is there any configuration change required as part of this upgrade to eShop 6.3.11 form such an old version?

    No.

    You need to upgrade WordPress. We do not support eShop unless it is being used with the current version of WordPress.

    You can simply upgrade but do remember to backup your database before carrying out any upgrade procedure.
