Registration Screen WON'T GO AWAY!

  • The “Welcome to the five minute installation process…” screen keeps appearing. This problem just started after the last update. The persistent screen is one thing but the fact that filling out the registration information changes nothing – it just hangs – is another.

    Others must have the same problem. What should I do?

  • That sounds like you have a database problem. Have you spoken to your hosts about it? They could be experiencing problems at their end.
