It looks like your theme uses “widgets” in the footer and that you may have YARPP enabled as a widget in addition to beneath articles. Check “Appearance” > “Widgets” for a YARPP widget that is in use.

Just checked and YAARP isn’t being used as a widget at all, in either the Default or Footer Sidebars.

That is very odd. Until we can figure it out, why don’t you add the following to your theme’s CSS file:

#footer .yarpp-related { display:none; }
