Inserting a Embed video on my WP blog

Hi,

I’m trying to insert this video: https://www.metacafe.com/watch/296904/easy_graphical_multiplication_trick/ on my homepage at https://www.nuonflux.com but i don’t seem to get it right.

I copy the embed code into my html window of my post I’m creating But it doesn’t work… Am i forgetting a step or is there a special plugin required?

Can somebody help me out?
