ok, i changed the folder to

https://www.dmsc.cl/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php

and i get an access denied of some sort??

Which means – the permissions on that folder/file won’t let you see the file.

From here, your whole site is “forbidden:
https://www.dmsc.cl/

and at the install file I see a 404 = not found.

Check the permissions, check where the WP files are installed.
