Pagination in Gallery?

Forgive me if this has already been answered…
Is there a way to have the gallery paginate?
Please look at this page:
https://txcowboydancerdesigns.com/dance-gifts/You’ll see that I have a gallery based on category. What I would like to see is this gallery paginate, having next/previous navigation above and below the gallery, limiting the number of posts in the grid on each page to 12.
Is there a way to do this?
