  • Hey, thanks for reaching out!

We are currently still investigating what could be the culprit of this error message, but for now we’re guessing that there was a connection hiccup, although everything seems to be fine now.

Would you please be so kind and try to click on that ‘Connect’ button and see if it’s any better? Also — do you use any proxy or VPN services?

Let us know, we’re eager to get this sorted! Take care & I’m looking forward to your reply!

    Hi, thanks for your reply!

I tried again but got the same error message. I don’t use proxies or VPN. I have Mozilla browser and tried to disable Adblock Plus but made no difference. Maybe it’s the hosting cause the site is hosted through a forum-type site and I don’t have access to cpanel or such so probably there are some differences to the regular hosting. Soon I will transfer the site to hostgator so maybe then the problem will disapear.

Hmm, yeah, that sound like a valid reason. Try to contact your webmaster or whomever is responsible for your hosting service for any additional information regarding this issue or just wait until you migrate to Hostgator.

In any case, do let me know how it turns out, since I’d love to hear about the results!

Take care & have a nice weekend ahead!

    Best,
    Silvo
