You’ve got “wordpress” in twice. If you did this by editing the WP-Grins plugin, you need to remove “wordpress” from the path you edited – it comes after “siteurl” which already contains “wordpress”, so putting it again breaks it.

i know but i was looking all pages i edited and all and i didnt find the url where i put the smilies

Are you using the WP-Grins plugin? That should be where you put the path, according to these instructions: https://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/smilies/

The plugin file is called wp-grins.php, and you’ll find it in wordpress/wp-content/plugins
