Javascript SRC removing "S" from "HTTPS://"

Hello. I’m hoping you can help me. I’m not too familiar with this Plug-in but I’m working for a client who has it installed.
We’re trying to add a javascript file to the footer and something is stripping out the “S” in “https://” when the page is rendered by the browser.
Could this plug-in be causing this?
If so, can you please post a solution?
