Text editor default value for text alignment

  • I would appreciate if anyone here could help me set the default value of the text editor to justify left.

    Now any time I post the text alignment defaults to full justify and I don’t think this looks good.

    After typing my post, I select the post, then click the left justify each time I need to post. Style sheet already has text-align: left and this doesn’t appear to have any effect.

  • Probably make more sense to fix your theme/stylesheet. That’s where alignment goes, not in the editor.

    Thanks for your reply. After I posted my question I tried again and I noticed that the post went through as rag right. So problem solved.

    I am using K2 and this is what I have in the style sheet:

    .primary .item .itemtext {
    font: 1.1em/1.5em Verdana, Arial, Sans-Serif;
    text-align: left;
    color: #444;
    }
