Scroll up to Submission Success text

I’ve got my form up working and customized. Only issue is that I can’t seem to figure out how to set the WINDOW SCROLL amount. “50” moves up an inch. “80” moves all the way to the top of the page!
See here and scroll to the bottom. But place the words “THIS IS A TEST” in the resume field. Thanks.
