How to clear the site cache and link?

Are you using a caching plugin? Can you post a link to your site?

I have WP super cache, should i click ” delete cache of the current page” in dashboard? If you mean I can post a link in my post, yes.

Yes you have to clear the cache for it to show something new and yes posting a link helps to see whats going on.

I have cleared the cache, but the homepage layout still did not change after I changed the order of profile carousel and latest posts. The profile carousel could never be moved down.

So you don’t have a portfolio carousel on your home page???

I thought that is the slider. Portfolio carousel is another thing? How can I move the slider down then?

Can’t, it’s designed to go there.
You can edit the theme files but you may need to get a developer for that.

Your best option is to turn the slider to none in your slider settings and add a plugin that allows you to put a slider below your posts.
