Same Facebook comments appear on every page?

Leave the option “Url to comment on” in “Facebook Commenting” section blank.

I did that, but now it shows “href URL is not properly formatted” underneath “your comments”

I analyzed the source code of your website and found that get_permalink() function is not returning full url of your website. I have made some modifications in the gist
