  • I just installed this plugin and I’m getting the same error message. I’m using WP 3.9.1. Any resolution to this problem?

    Thanks,

Please check the new plugin version 1.4, just released. If you’re still having issues, please try to disable other plugins, since often errors are caused by conflicts with other plugins.

Hi, I just installed this new plugin version V1.4.1 with WP 3.9.1 and I have this error message too.
I have disabled all other plugins as you said but I always have this message.
What I could do ? Any clues ?

    Thanks,

@klonerom It could be a conflict with your theme. Which theme are you using? Please try to temporarily switch to a WP default theme and check if the problem disappears that way.

    Thanks for your quick reply,

    My theme is HUEMAN.
I have switched to WP default theme and others : I always have the message.

    Thanks,

I have no issues running the plugin with Hueman theme on WP 3.9.1, so it must be something else.
Have you check the browser javascript error console?
Could you provide admin credentials to your site so that I may take a look. You can send them using our contact form.

After check the browser javascript error console I have this message :
    Deprecated TinyMCE API call: <target>.onNodeChange.add(..)

Could you track in the console which file is triggering that error? Our plugin should not call the TinyMCE API directly, so it should not be the cause of this problem.
Are you 100% sure that you disable ALL other plugins except Black Studio TinyMCE Widget, while still getting the error?

    Sorry for my late return,
In fact, I have had others difficulties with others plugins. As I was at the begining of my project, I have decided to reinstall WP to have a cleaner version.
Now it is ok your plugin works very well.
    Thank for your help.

I am having this problem also
    Wordpress 3.9.2
    Black Studio TinyMCE 1.4.6
    All plugins deactivated.
I am running it on a local server for testing.
