Hi, i really love your plugin as it does the job perfectly.

I am having trouble with the cart page once I change the quantities of the product on which I have set the quantity rules.

When I click update cart (after changing quantities) nothing happens. After that when I click Proceed to Checkout button nothing happens as well.

When I refresh the page, or return to it, Proceed to Checkout button works fine providing I haven’t pressed Update cart button before that

I hope you can help me solve this issue
Awaiting to your news with interest,

    Best regards

  • Glad you enjoy the plugin!

I’m not quite clear what the issue is, could you provide me with a link to your site so I can check it out for myself?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    thank you for reply.

I have booking plugin installed so maybe there is a conflict or maybe I am not setting up something properly.

here is the link to the product. Once you choose a date set quantity and hit add to cart button. Then click on View cart button and change the product quantities. Then hit update.
Nothing happens and all buttons stop working

on this product however updating luggage quantities works but not the ticket quantities where I have rules setup.
Note: for luggage quantities I have deactivated quantity rules

    Kindest regards

Looks like the javascript console is throwing this error when I go to update.

An invalid form control with name=’cart[a564f22ab8d93f2f702109aaef7d4625][qty]’ is not focusable.

I think it is more likely a theme or plugin conflict then something with our plugin so can you try deactivating your other plugins and reverting to the default WordPress theme? If that works, simply activate what you’ve been using one at a time to find the conflict.

    Let me know, thanks.

    Hi,

thank you so much for your information.
It is up to the theme I am using. When I activate twenty fourteen theme the plugin works and everything else works.

Since the theme I am using is a paid one and it works so well for what I had in mind with this site is there some code I can insert or something I can do to get the theme and your plugin to work together?

From what I can tell there isn’t a quick fix. You’ll likely need to hire a developer or contact the guys who made the theme for more information. I develop with the base theme activated to avoid theme specific conflicts so a fix would involve editing your theme.

If you’re interested we do contract work to fix things like this, contact us here if you’d like more information.

    Hope that helps, thanks.
